第一個，這個長得像靴子狀(Boot-shaped)的心臟是什麼呢？
答案就是Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF)，它屬於cyanotic congenital heart disease的一種，X光同時也可以見到lung markings減少，以及右位的aortic arch。
而所謂的tetralogy包含：
- 心室中隔缺損(ventricular septal defect)
- 主動脈跨位(overriding of the ascending aora)
- 右心室出口阻塞(right ventricular outflow tract obstruction),即肺動脈狹窄
- 右心室肥大(right ventricular hypertrophy)
第二個，這個長得像在暴風雪裡的雪人(snowman in the storm)，或稱為Figure eight
答案是Total anomalous pulmonary venous return, TAPVR
也是cyanotic congenital heart disease的一種
主要是胚胎時期肺靜脈發育異常，導致肺靜脈和全身體循環相連，而不與左心房相連。
肺靜脈直接或間接地經由回心體循環靜脈回到右心房，而非回到左心房。此種異常必須合併有心房中隔缺損(ASD)，否則無法生。
第三個，這個像雞蛋(Egg on the string)的心臟
這個是大動脈轉位 (transposition of the great arteries, TGA)
主動脈與右心室相接，肺動脈和左心室相接，導致全身循環和肺循環沒有交集。
